Mr. Baudaux has been a member of the Québec Association of building inspectors (AIBQ) since 2004. He was a building and renovation contractor for more than 20 years (Montréal, Sherbrooke et Laval) with a licence from the Régie du bâtiment du Québec (RBQ). He also worked in the building trade in Europe, including work on heritage buildings dating back more than 200 years. With his 20 years of experience in prepurchase inspections, his extensive experience in the building trade and his expertise in old houses, Mr. Baudaux is an expert in detecting construction flaws.
